In other words, it’s about seeing reality beyond appearances. You could say that it begins as a spiritual quest and that it leads to an art of living.<\/p>\n Okay, I get it, but what is a spiritual quest? It is a search for a deep understanding of the meaning of existence and a desire for enlightenment. Is it !? Yes, it is reaching an understanding, both of the true nature of our existence, of the causes of suffering, of the remedies, and quite naturally the path to get there.<\/p>\n More specifically, in simple words, just for me? For example, not lying, in wisdom language, it means expressing, through all that we are, the real truth, becoming someone authentic, who realizes what he has achieved in his meditation practice .<\/p>\n It would be a bit like letting go? Absolutely !
