Sandrine Perez Perichon, also known as Sidranne, 57, a French painter, has found her artistic expression through color. Depending on her inspiration and mood, she chooses different techniques to express herself: oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastel.
Above all, she wants to bring joy to the hearts of women, children, and men by making her works vibrant and alive. For Sidranne, art is first and foremost about sharing, freedom, and healing.
Trained at the painting school of Jean-Claude Schaeffer, a pomologist and painter, she learned to paint still lifes in oils using the techniques of the Flemish Primitive painters.
In Costa Rica, with Claire Desjardins, a Canadian painter, she discovered her path to abstraction.
And because writing has been a part of her life since childhood, each painting tells its own story, sharing her most personal emotions.
Her paintings have also been featured in prestigious solo and group exhibitions in Paris, Amsterdam, Monaco, and Singapore.
