But what does wisdom mean to you, Buddha? Above all, it is learning to know yourself, the true self and also learning to live in harmony with what we achieve, who we are. And we get there through the practice of deep meditation. In other words, it’s about seeing reality beyond appearances. You could say that it begins as a spiritual quest and that it leads to an art of living.

Okay, I get it, but what is a spiritual quest? It is a search for a deep understanding of the meaning of existence and a desire for enlightenment. Is it !? Yes, it is reaching an understanding, both of the true nature of our existence, of the causes of suffering, of the remedies, and quite naturally the path to get there.

More specifically, in simple words, just for me? For example, not lying, in wisdom language, it means expressing, through all that we are, the real truth, becoming someone authentic, who realizes what he has achieved in his meditation practice .

It would be a bit like letting go? Absolutely ! You’re beginning to get it!

In conclusion, wisdom is said to be three things: basic wisdom, which is present in each person; the wisdom of the path, which makes it possible to reveal this wisdom; and the wisdom of the result, as soon as all the veils are removed, what was present from the start is revealed in its fullness.
