The nymph has been there for years, on the Alexandre III bridge, trying to grasp the bridge she has always contemplated.

She is a beautiful naiad. She knows it and everyone who meets her knows it too. She has skated over the years. Its bronze, golden color attracts all eyes. But what she wants more than anything is to seize this bridge which, from her point of view, overshadows her. She can’t stand it.

Endowed with superpowers, she has tried time and time again to create monumental floods of the Seine, which she overlooks, to definitively destroy this bridge which overshadows her. But without success so far. She does not despair, however, and foments new devastating projects.

On the other hand, she is the sweetest in the whole world towards the many people who look at her, photograph her from all sides, who take her magnificent bridge, the most beautiful in all of Paris. Yes, of course, the Alexandre III bridge is divine. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have attached herself to him like that forever. She would have chosen another bridge, another city, why not, another country. Everything is possible. But no, she finds herself there, trapped and happy to be, above this splendid river, the Seine.

The Seine, a sacred scene on which the show is lifelong. Its color is amazing. Today, it takes on a gradation of green, ocher, a little yellow too. It goes so well with the color of the nymph’s arm and hand. They seem to be in perfect harmony. A real little couple!

This hand is so delicate. Yes, the more I look at her, the more I tell myself that she exudes a natural strength and softness. And despite the sometimes strange and dangerous use of her powers, she cannot leave the people who meet her insensitive. What strength, what presence too.

I would like the nymph of the Alexandre III bridge to take me by the hand and take me for a little walk around the places she particularly likes. I would like this hand to protect me, accompany me and guide me throughout my life, well what is left of it! I would like the nymph of the Alexandre III bridge to lift me up and take me in her arms…
